Agency ACM or SAR Change Notification Form

This form should be completed to notify FAI of a change to an agency's designated Acquisition Career Manager (ACM) or delegated Small Agency Representative (SAR), or for the initial delegation of a Small Agency's first SAR. FAI will use the information provided to:

1. Update and maintain the ACM/SAR contact list on and other FAI distribution lists.

2. Share valuable resources and information with the New/Incoming ACM/SAR to help facilitate a smooth transition to their new role.

Current ACM and SAR Contact List:

FAI maintains contact information for all agency ACMs and SARs on the website. The federal acquisition workforce uses this information to contact their agency's acquisition leader with questions related to acquisition training, certification, development, and policy.

ACM and SAR Contact List:

FAI shares ACM/SAR-level FAI CSOD status updates and information through an FAI CSOD Federal User Distribution Group.
