As an Education Manager, you play a crucial role in improving teaching practices and impacting change at the classroom level. Join us for an interactive three days to learn strategies for strengthening your role as a learning-focused leader supporting teachers’ use of effective teaching practices. Discussion and activities will focus on practical strategies for supporting teachers around the four elements of the Framework for Effective Practice and making data-based decisions to promote quality teaching and learning.
